How to Submit Your Image for the Gallery

Method 1

1. You will need a good quality digital image of the painting you want displayed in the Gallery.  You can either take a photo with a digital camera or use a scanner if the painting is of a suitable size and is not framed behind glass.
    
2. Click this link to send an e-mail to the web manager.  In the e-mail you will need to give your name, the title of the painting, the medium used  and then add the image file of your painting as an attachment.

Method 2

1. If you do not have access to e-mail you can follow point 1 of Method 1 above and then copy the image file of your painting onto a CD.
    
2. Put a label on the CD with  your name and the title of the painting, the medium used and then give the CD to a committee member at a workshop or other club meeting and they will pass it on to the web manager.
