The New Website is interactive and has many links that will open other web pages. Members can post news and work as well as have work displayed in the galleries. Also their websites and services are linked to directly, members can keep this up-to-date without the need to contact the web manager.
The site is still in the early stages and as the Club grows so the Website can and will evolve too.
Site Membership
The New Southend Art Club Website has all the same links and areas that the old site had.
For ease, the pages and links are arranged under tabs found at the top of the page.
SAC members have a 'Members' area on the new site. This gives special access to the forum, an upload area for art work, club documents and Committee members contact details.
If you have joined The SAC then as a member you are allowed to use some extra features on the website located in the Members Area. However you will need to create a personal entry password. This cannot be seen by the web manager, After aproval you will need to login, see below.

You can sign up in several ways. If you want to use email to sign in click the 'sign in with email'. See below.

Once you have been approved, by the web manager as a SAC member, you can login.
There are several ways you can Log in . If you want to use email to log in click the 'log in with email'. See below.
As happens from time to time we forget our log in details. So the 'forgotten password' reset button is here.
The logout button is situated on the site under your 'avitar' icon. See below. You may find you need to login even tough you didnt logout. Remeber it is Login not Sign up. See above.
One of the NEW features on the Website is the FORUM area. Here Members of the SAC can post comments and work in a variety of themed discussion areas. Once you have posted you will receive an email notification when another Member has commented in the same thread. This will encourage contact between Members giving help and support.
Just select an area that fits your needs and add a post as you would with Facebook Instagram or most social media platforms.

Edit Profile
To edit profile pictures and info Click on Club Members in the Members area. This opens Members profiles.

Click on your profile and then the Edit Profile button, see below.

ADD A BLOG POST
SAC site members can add a blog post to the home page.
Click on a Blog Post on the Home page and click on the 'Creat a Blog' button on the left. See below.

This will give a drop down menu, click on the 'Getting Started". Then Click the 'Create a Post' button.
