I'm self-taught and started to teach myself to paint about 7 years ago. I've always been able to draw and did it a little as a kid. But had never picked up a paintbrush so wanted to try. 

Now I can't imagine my life without it. 

I paint mostly semi-abstract portraits in acrylic. I do illustrations sometimes too. I want to do some sculpture soon too so that will be fun learning!
